What is the return policy?
If within 15 days of receiving your item(s) you're not completely satisfied you can request your money back.
Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full refund. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability as every return has a carbon footprint.
To be eligible for a full refund, please send us a picture of the item to firstname.lastname@example.org.
After that, you can either keep the item, or you may want to donate it.
What is the shipping policy?
The shipment of your item(s) is our highest priority and every day we send hundreds of products to satisfied customers around the world. However, because many of our warehouses are based in Asia, our shipping and handling times can vary and we are therefore unable to offer next day delivery.
Processing time: As soon as we receive your payment, we immediately dispatch your order to our suppliers for order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging which can take an additional 2-3 days.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouses to the destination. Delivery times vary depending on location but usually take 1-3 weeks.
Tracking: As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number allowing you to easily locate your product directly from our website at any time. Please note that while the majority of our shipping companies provide a tracking service, we cannot guarantee it in all cases.
What do I do if I never received my order?
If the order tracking says delivered and you didn't receive the item, or if anything else happens to your item during shipping, please email us at email@example.com or reach us through our Contact Us page with your order number so we can assist you.
What do I do if I received a defective order?
If you receive your item(s) and it is defective or broken please email us right away at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and pictures of the item so we can assist you.
How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
As soon as we receive your payment, we immediately dispatch your order to our suppliers for order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging which can take an additional 1-4 days. If within that time you'd like to make any changes to your order please email us at email@example.com or reach us through our Contact Us page with your order number so we can assist you.

We try to respond to all emails and messages within 24 hours during the week. Emails and messages received over the weekend will be responded to on the following business day.
